Membership and Registration
Q: How can I register as a user on the AMH website?
A: Visit the “Register” tab on the homepage and fill out the required fields. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
A: On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.
Manuscript Submission
Q: How do I submit my manuscript?
A: First, you must register as a user and assign yourself the Author role. After logging in, click on “New Submission” from your dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Q: I don’t see the “New Submission” link. What should I do?
A: Go to your profile by clicking your user ID at the top right of the page. Navigate to the “Roles” tab, check the box next to Author, and click Save. The submission link will then appear on your dashboard.
Q: How much does it cost to publish in AMH?
A: There are no article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees. AMH is fully open access and completely free for authors and readers.
Manuscript Revisions
Q: How much time do I have to submit my revised manuscript?
A: Authors are requested to submit revisions within two weeks of receiving the reviewer comments.
Q: Where do I upload my revised manuscript?
A: Log in and navigate to your Submissions page. Click on the status of your manuscript, scroll to the Revisions section, and upload your revised file.
Q: I uploaded my revised manuscript, but the status hasn’t changed. Why?
A: The status will not automatically update. However, once your revised file is uploaded correctly, it will be sent for further review. You will receive a notification if additional revisions are required.

Q: What is the aim and scope of Archives of Men’s Health?
A: AMH publishes peer-reviewed research on all aspects of men’s health including, but not limited to, urology, sexual and reproductive health, cardiovascular and endocrine disorders, mental health, lifestyle medicine, public health, health promotion, and marginalized male populations. Q: How frequently is AMH published?
A: AMH follows a continuous publication model. Articles are published online immediately after acceptance and proofreading, ensuring rapid dissemination of research without delays due to issue scheduling.
Peer Review and Reviewers
Q: How can I become a reviewer?
A: During registration, check the box next to Reviewer under the “Roles” tab. If you are already registered, go to your profile, click on “View Profile”, and update your roles accordingly.
Q: I’ve been invited to review an article. What should I do?
A: Click the review link in your invitation email to accept the assignment. If you cannot find the email, log in and go to your User Home, where you can accept or decline the invitation and proceed with the review.

Q: Does AMH accept advertisements?
