Abstract
چکیده :
زمینه: محدودیت های قرنطینه در دوران کرونا ریسک ابتلا به بی تحرکی و عوارض آن را بالا برده است و در عین حال استفاده از بازی های کامپیوتری و ویدئویی همراه با حرکت را افزایش داده است. هدف از مطالعه بررسی تغییرات حاد لاکتات (یکی از شاخص های استرس متابولیک) در فعالیت هوازی با دستگاه کینکت ایکس باکس با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون در جوانان غیر ورزشکار است.
روش: 14 جوان سالم غیر ورزشکار با محدوده سنی 30±10سال به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. و در دو روز مختلف با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون عروق دست به مدت 20 دقیقه به بازی بوکس با ایکس باکس 360 پرداختند. قبل و بلافاصله بعد نمونه های خونی از آنها گرفته شد.
یافته ها: افزايش معني دار ميزان سرمي لاکتات نسبت به پيش از آزمون در دو گروه تمريني بود، اما تغییرات لاکتات بین دو گروه با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون معنی دار نبود) 05/0(p ≤ .
نتیجه گیری: انجام بازی های ویدئویی همراه با حرکت محرک لازم را برای متابولیت های موثر در استرس متابولیک و نهایتا بهره مندی بیشتر از مزایای فعالیت بدنی فراهم می کند و انجام آنها با محدودیت جریان خون به عنوان یکی از عوامل ایجاد کننده استرس متابولیک برای افراد ارزش افزوده دارد. مطالعات بیشتر در زمینه اثر محدودیت جریان خون به عنوان روش تمرینی نوین بر بازی ویدئویی همراه با حرکت و سایر متابولیت های موثر بر استرس متابولیک لازم است.
