بررسی تغییرات بیان miR-126 در حضور مایکوپلاسما پنومونیه در بیماران مبتلا به انسداد ریوی مزمن

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: مايکوپلاسما پنومونيه عامل گرفتاريهاي تنفسي از قبيل؛ گلودرد، فارنژيت، تراکئوبرونشيت و ساير عفونتهاي تنفسي به ويژه در افراد با انسداد مزمن ريه مطرح ميباشد. هدف از اين مطالعه تشخیص مایکوپلاسما پنومونیه در بیماران مبتلا به انسداد ریوی مزمن و بررسی تغییرات بیان miR-126 در حضور این باکتری بود.
مواد و روش: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی-توصیفی بود که در بیمارستان مسیح دانشوری تهران، پس از اخذ مجوز از کمیته اخلاق دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی انجام شد. تعداد 40 نمونه (22 نفر مرد و 18 نفر زن، 05/0 <p ) از ترشحات تنفسی و خون بیماران مبتلا به COPD که مشکوک به عفونت باکتریایی بودند، جمع آوری گردید. تعداد 40 فرد سالم نیز به عنوان گروه شاهد در این مطالعه مشارکت نمودند. سپس آزمایشات مولکولی انجام گردید.
یافته ها: بیومارکر miR-126 درخون محیطی گروه افراد بیمار در 34 نفر از 40 نفر مثبت بود. میزان این بیومارکر در گروه افراد سالم 16 نفر از 40 نفر بود. مقایسه آماری میزان مثبت شدن این بیومارکر در2 گروه صورت گرفت که بیانگر تفاوت آماری معنیداری بین این دو گروه بود (001/0 > p).
نتیجه گیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مایکوپلاسما پنومونیه و بیان بیومارکر miR-126 در مبتلایان به COPD دارای ارتباط هستند که میتواند در پیش آگهی و تشخیص استفاده شود .
