راهبردهای مدیریت استراتژیک بیمارستانی در طی بیماری همه گیر کووید-19 در ایران و جهان: مطالعه مروری مدیریت استراتژیک بیمارستان طی همه گیری کووید-19

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: جهان همواره مورد هجوم و دستخوش بحرانهای طبیعی و غیرطبیعی بوده است و پاندمی کرونا يکی از نمونه های متأخر بحران های جهانی است که بشر عصر حاضر آن تجربه میکند. موضوع اساسی این است که سیستم های بهداشتی جهان تا چه اندازه برای واکنش به شیوعی در این مقیاس آماده هستند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین راهبردهای مدیریت استراتژیک بیمارستانی در طی بیماری همه گیر کووید-19 به کار گرفته شده توسط مدیران بیمارستانی در ایران و جهان انجام شده است.
روش کار: این مطالعه به صورت مرور روایتی انجام شد. برای انتخاب مطالعات، در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی فارسی زبان google Scholar,SID, Magiran و با استفاده از کلیدواژه های « مدیریت»،« سلامت»،« چالش»، « بیمارستان »، «راهبرد»، «کووید-19»و با استفاده از کلیدواژه های Strategy, COVID-19 , Challenge, Managemen, Hospital, در پایگاه داده های Google scholar ، Scopus ، science direct ، PubMed، Web of science جستجو شد. معیارهای ورود شامل مطالعات چاپ شده به زبان انگلیسی یا فارسی در محدوده زمانی 2020 لغایت 2022 که مرتبط با هدف مطالعه و دارای متن کامل در دسترس بوده، در نظر گرفته شدند. درنهایت، از بین 160مقاله، 17 مقاله انتخاب و موردبررسی قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد آمادگی بیمارستان ها در مدیریت پاندمی کووید دارای چهار بعد سیاست ها (برآورد هزینه ها، دستورالعمل ها و پروتکل ها، آموزش، هماهنگی و ارتباطات درونی و بیرونی)، منابع انسانی(سازماندهی نیرو، دانش و مهارت، تاب آوری)، فضا(استفاده از فناوری و محیط فیزیکی) ملزومات و امکانات(تجهیزات محافظت فردی و تجهیزات درمانی (از قبیل ونتیلاتور، تخت های مراقبت ویژه و...) و دارو) می باشد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه مروری نشان داد آمادگی و واکنش بیمارستانها بهعنوان خط مقدم مبارزه با همهگیری، در چگونگی مدیریت شرایط اضطراری بهداشت عمومی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد بیمارستان های مختلف در سراسر جهان با توجه به ظرفیت های خود روش های خلاقانه مدیریتی مختلف را جهت کاهش یا توقف گسترش کووید -19 به کار گرفتند.
