مقایسه دو روش تمرینی نوین بر شاخصهای عملکردی و میزان لاکتات دختران فوتسالیست

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: فوتسال یکی از ورزشهایی میباشد که هر روز در حوزه طراحی تمرین در حال پیشرفت است و شناخت بهترین تمرین برای ارتقای عملکرد یکی از مهمترین بخشهای این ورزش بهحساب میآید. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه دو روش تمرینی نوین، تمرین در شرایط مبتنی بر بازی (GPBT) و تمرین دوهای سریع مکرر (RSA) بر شاخصهای عملکردی و میزان لاکتات دختران فوتسالیست است.
روش کار: چهارده فوتسالیست تمرینکرده با میانگین سابقه تمرینی (3/28±4/84 سال)، میانگین سن (1/54± 17/4 سال) در دو گروه GPBT (7نفر) و RSA (7نفر) تقسیم شدند. تمام شرکتکنندگان در پژوهش چهار هفتهای به دو روش تمرینی پرداختند. برای جمعآوری دادههای مربوط به عملکرد، از آزمونهای رست، بالک، T، RSA و آزمون عملکردی ویژه فوتسال استفاده شد و سطح لاکتات آزمودنیها بلافاصله پس از آزمون بالک اندازهگیری شد.
یافتهها: توان هوازی هر دو گروه افزایش معنیداری درون گروهی داشت، ولی اختلاف معنیداری بین گروهی نداشت (P=0.337). توان بیهوازی نیز، فقط در گروه IST تغییرات درونی معنیدار مشاهده شده بود (P=0.001) و عدم اختلاف بین گروهی (P=0.073) وجود داشت. چابکی و عملکرد ویژه نتایج مشابه درون گروهی داشتند و بین گروهی (برای چابکی P=0.012 و برای عملکرد ویژه P=0.015) نیز معنیداری نشان داد. نتایج لاکتات نشان داد، فقط در گروه GPBT تغییرات معنیدار بود و اختلاف بین گروهی معنیداری مشاهده نشد (P=0.33).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، به مربیانی که برای آمادهسازی بازیکنان فوتسال در طول مسابقات برنامهریزی میکنند، پیشنهاد میشود از این شیوههای تمرینی جهت افزایش کارایی و بهبود عملکرد فوتسالیستها استفاده کنند.
