بررسی تأثیر آموزش شادی معنوی (بر مبنای قرآن) بر سرمایههای روانشناختی و تعدیل چشمانداز زمان در دانشجویان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: توانمندیها و قابلیتهای انسان با ظهور روانشناسی مثبت، کانون توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش برای ارزیابی تأثیر آموزش شادی معنوی (بر مبنای قرآن) بر سرمایههای روانشناختی و تعدیل چشمانداز زمان در دانشجویان دانشگاه حضرت معصومه (س) شهر قم انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمونی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه حضرت معصومه (س) در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند. تعداد 30 نفر از دانشجویان داوطلب، انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی بین دو گروه آزمون و کنترل (هر کدام با 15 عضو) قرار گرفتند. در گروه آزمون، به مدت هشت جلسه (هر جلسه 90 دقیقه) آموزش شادی معنوی (بر مبنای قرآن) اجرا شد، اما گروه کنترل، مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. در این مطالعه، جهت گردآوری داده از پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز ( 2006 م.) و پرسشنامه چشمانداز زمان زیمباردو و بوید (2006 م.) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از شاخصهای توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 21 استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: اهداف پژوهش برای مشارکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد و رضایت آگاهانه شفاهی آنها کسب شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در میانگین پسآزمون گروههای آزمون و کنترل در متغیر سرمایههای روانشناختی (237/11±123) و ابعاد گذشته مثبت (963/6±733/23)، گذشته منفی (266/18±065/7)، حال لذتگرا (983/4±533/36)، حال تقدیرگرا (405/3±800/9) و آینده (093/2±66/14) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (000/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش شادی معنوی (بر مبنای قرآن) بر افزایش سرمایههای روانشناختی و تعدیلچشمانداز زمان دانشجویان مؤثر است.
