ارتباط بین مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی و تابآوری با میانجیگری امیدواری

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تابآوری سازهای است كه در سالهای اخیر به عنوان یكی از متغیرهای مرتبط با سلامت و بهزیستی انسان بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی و تابآوری با میانجیگری امیدواری انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری، روی 215 نفر از دبیران متوسطه دوم ناحیه یک شهر زاهدان، ایران، در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 انجام شد. نمونهگیری به شیوه تصادفی طبقهای متناسب با حجم و جمعآوری دادهها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه تابآوری Conner و Davidson (2003 م.)، امیدواری Snyder و همکاران (1991 م.) و مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی اقتباس از افخمی روحانی و همکاران (1393 ش.) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS 16 و لیزرل استفاده شد.
یافتهها: بین مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی، امیدواری و تابآوری همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود داشت (p<0/001). مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی هم به طور مستقیم و هم به طور غیر مستقیم و از طریق میانجیگری امیدواری بر تابآوری اثر مثبت داشت.
نتیجهگیری: بنا بر یافتهها، توصیه میگردد تا مدیران سازمانها با رعایت شاخصهای احترام به کرامت انسانی شامل توانمندسازی و مشارکت کارکنان و نیز تمرکز بر رفتار و عملکرد مثبت و انتقال صحیح اطلاعات بر میزان امیدواری و تابآوری کارکنان بیفزایند.
