ارتباط بین آگاهی، حساسیت و عملکرد اخلاقی در پرستاران بخشهای اورژانس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آگاهی و حساسیت اخلاقی جزء تفکیکناپذیری از فرایند تصمیمگیری اخلاقی است که میتواند عملکرد پرستاران را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین آگاهی، حساسیت و عملکرد اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستانهای دانشگاهی، استان البرز انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، روی 190 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستانهای دانشگاهی استان البرز در سال 1397 انجام یافته است. نمونهگیری به روش تمامشماری انجام شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای آگاهی اخلاقی در حرفه پرستاری، حساسیت اخلاقی و عملکرد پرستاری در مورد اخلاق حرفهای استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری تیتست، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون و به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS 24 تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: ارتباط معناداری بین آگاهی و حساسیت اخلاقی (0/001>p)، آگاهی و عملکرد اخلاقی (0/004=p) و حساسیت و عملکرد اخلاقی (0/001=p) پرستاران مشاهده شد. میزان آگاهی، حساسیت و عملکرد اخلاقی پرستاران در حد متوسط بود. آگاهی اخلاقی به میزان 8/6 درصد و حساسیت اخلاقی به میزان 28/7 درصد توانستند تغییرات متغیر عملکرد اخلاقی را پیشبینی نمایند.
نتیجهگیری: یاقتهها نشان داد که حساسیت اخلاقی پیشبینیکننده مهمتری برای عملکرد اخلاقی نسبت به آگاهی اخلاقی میباشد. نظر به اینکه با افزایش میزان آگاهی و حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران، عملکرد اخلاقی آنان بهبود مییابد، به مدیران مراکز درمانی توصیه میشود، برنامههای آموزشی نظری و عملی اخلاق حرفهای را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند.
