چکیده
هدف این مطالعه بررسی نظامند نتایج مقالات به دست آمده از مطالعات تجربی و میدانی انجام شده در خصوص اخلاق سازمانی و موضوعات مدیریت و رهبری در نظام سلامت میباشد. مطالعه با جستجوی 909 مقاله از دو پایگاه اطلاعاتیMEDLINE و CINAHL به دست آمد. در مرحله دوم بعد از بهکارگیری معیارهای ورود و خروج مقالات، در نهایت 56 مقاله کامل از بین مطالعات کیفی و کمی برای بررسی در این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. تحقیقات پژوهشی گستردهای در بین مطالعات به دست آمده مشاهده نشد. با بررسی مقالات و جمعبندی نهایی، اطلاعات زیادی از مقالات استخراج شد. بیشتر مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه بیمارستانی و از سال 1990 به بعد انجام شده بود. تحقیق در زمینه اخلاق سازمانی از سال 2000 به بعد افزایش یافته است. در بیشتر مطالعات، موضوعهای از نوع تعارضات، چالشها و نگرانیهای اخلاقی کارکنان و مدیران و تنظیم اولویتها، تعیین ارزشها و باورهای کاری سازمانهای سلامت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته بود؛ و جوامع مورد پژوهش آنان نیز شامل کارکنان، مدیران سطوح بالا، میانی و پایین سازمانهای نظام سلامت بودند. بیشتر مطالعات از نوع همبستگی، مقطعی یا توصیفی، و ابزارهای جمعآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه یا مصاحبه بود. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، توسعه ناکافی اخلاق سازمانی همگام با تغییرات سازمانی و رشد دانش عمومی و لزوم ایجاد و توسعه مفاهیم روشنتر و نظریات و تئوریهای دقیقتر و گسترش بیشتر زمینه و دامنه مطالعات در حوزههای مورد بررسی اخلاق سازمانی میباشد.
