بررسی رابطه بین هوش اخلاقی و خودکارآمدی با بهزیستی روانشناختی در میان فرزندان شهید، جانباز و ایثارگر دانشگاه ارومیه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به ظهور رویکرد مثبتنگر به سلامت روانی در سالهای اخیر، بهزیستی روانشناختی به عنوان رشد استعدادهای واقعی هر فرد، توجه مجامع علمی را به خود جلب نموده است که در این میان شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن دارای اهمیت اساسی است. با توجه به اهمیت بهزیستی روانشناختی و متغیرهای مرتبط با آن، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل روابط بین هوش اخلاقی و خودکارآمدی با بهزیستی روانشناختی انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه فرزندان شهید، جانباز و ایثارگر دانشکده ادبیات و علوم انسانی دانشگاه ارومیه بودند (160 نفر) که با استناد به جدول مورگان و استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده، 116 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش سه پرسشنامه بودند که روایی و پایایی آنها بررسی و تأیید گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نیز از آزمون t، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، تحلیل مسیر و t مستقل استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: یافتهها حاکی از آن بودند که میانگین خودکارآمدی دانشجویان بالاتر از میانگین مورد انتظار قرار داشت (p<0.01) و در دو متغیر دیگر تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت؛ هر سه متغیر پژوهش، همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری با یکدیگر داشتند (p<0.01)؛ هوش اخلاقی و خودکارآمدی به طور مستقیم بر روی بهزیستی روانشناختی تأثیر داشتند (p<0.01)؛ هوش اخلاقی علاوه بر تأثیر مستقیم بر بهزیستی روانشناختی، از طریق خودکارآمدی نیز به طور غیر مستقیم بر آن تأثیرگذار بود، میانگین هوش اخلاقی پسران به طور معنیداری بالاتر از دختران قرار داشت (p<0.05)؛ در دو متغیر دیگر نیز اختلاف معنیداری بین دو جنس مشاهده نگردید.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، هوش اخلاقی و خودکارآمدی تأثیر معناداری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی داشتند. بنابراین مد نظر قراردادن اخلاقیات در دانشگاه و تلاش در جهت ارتقای خودکارآمدی دانشجویان، میتواند زمینهساز ارتقای بهزیستی روانشناختی آنها گردد.
