چکیده
مقدمه: در زمان طغیان بیماری کووید19، پرسنل درمانی خط مقدم می بایست از وسایل حفاظتی فردی برای طولانی مدت استفاده نمایند که موجب بروز مشکلات متعددی برای ایشان گردیدند. این مطالعه نیز با هدف "بررسی مشکلات مرتبط با استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی در کادر درمانی و نقش آن دراختلال عملکرد مراقبتی درمانی و استفاده نامناسب از وسایل حفاظت فردی پرسنل " انجام گردید.
روش کار : در این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی اطلاعات دموگرافیک ، مدت زمان استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی و آسیب های پوستی، سردرد، مشکلات حرکتی ، استرس گرما ، آسیب های چشمی ناشی از آنها در پرسنل پرستاری خط مقدم با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شدند.در ضمن تاثیر مشکلات مرتبط با استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی بر توانایی انجام کار و استفاده نامناسب و غیرصحیح از وسایل حفاظت فردی نیز بررسی شدند.
نتایج: 198 پرسنل پرستاری خط مقدم پرسشنامه را تکمیل نموده و اکثر آنها از ماسک N95/FFP3 ،ماسک های 3M با فیلتر P100،عینک یا شیلد ، گان های یکسره (COVERALL) و دستکش استفاده نموده بودند. آسیب های پوستی ناشی از ماسک N95/FFP3 و عوارض استرس گرما در اثر استفاده از گان یکسره نیز بعنوان شایعترین مشکلات ،گزارش شدند. 88.6%از شرکت کنندگان اظهار نمودند که مشکلات ناشی از استفاده وسایل حفاظت فردی بخصوص عوارض استرس گرما( 67.9%) و سردرد (58.9%) بر توانایی و انجام کار آنها تاثیر داشته و 51.1% بیان کردند که این مشکلات بخصوص عوارض استرس گرما موجب استفاده نامناسب و غیر صحیح آنها از وسایل حفاظت فردی شده است.
نتیجه گیری: شیوع آسیب های ناشی از پوشیدن وسایل حفاظت فردی در پرسنل درمانی خط مقدم بخصوص با افزایش زمان استفاده از آنها ، خیلی بالا می باشد و بر سلامت و تندرستی پرسنل درمانی ، ایمنی و بهره وری محل کار و در نهایت رضایت شغلی تاثیر عمده ای می گذارد. با استفاده از یافته های مطالعات انجام شده و طراحی مناسب وسایل حفاظت فردی ، کاهش زمان استفاده از آنها ، فراهم نمودن محیط کاری خنک و مناسب ، می توان ناراحتی و آسیب های ناشی از انها را که موجب اختلال در توانایی انجام کار ، ایمنی و سلامتی پرسنل درمانی می شوند ، را کاهش داد.
