بررسی اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری بر خودپنداره، سازگاری اجتماعی و پرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری شهر ورامین

Abstract

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی­ اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری بر خودپنداره، سازگاری اجتماعی و پرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری شهر ورامین انجام گردید. روش کار: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری خاص شهر ورامین بودند که به مراکز تخصصی اختلال یادگیری شهر ورامین در سال 1402 مراجعه کردند. جهت سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه خودپنداره راجرز (1961)، پرسشنامه سازگاری اجتماعی دخانچی (1377) و پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری (1992) استفاده شد. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه­آزمایشی با طرح پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و گمارش تصادفی آزمودنیها است. نخست، تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در گروه­های آزمایش و کنترل (هر کدام 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. سپس، گروه آزمایش مداخله مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری را طی 5 جلسه درمانی، هفته­ای یک جلسۀ 90 دقیقه‌اي دریافت کرد، اما بر روی گروه کنترل مداخله­ای صورت نگرفت. پس از اتمام آخرین جلسه آموزش، به طور همزمان و در شرایط یکسان، مجدداً پرسشنامه­های پژوهش جهت بررسی اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری بر روی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اجرا شد (پس‌آزمون). جهت تحلیل داده­ها از روش تحليل کواریانس و نرم­افزار 26- SPSS استفاده شد. یافته­ها: یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری بر خودپنداره، سازگاری اجتماعی و پرخاشگری دانش‌آموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری شهر ورامین اثربخش بوده است (01/0P<). نتیجه­گیری. بنابراین مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی- رفتاری را می­توان به عنوان مداخله­ای ­اثربخش جهت افزایش خودپنداره و سازگاری اجتماعی و کاهش رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری بکار برد.
