Abstract

هدف مطالعه حاضر تأثيرآموزش مهارتهاي زندگي بر سازگاري(اجتماعي، تحصيلي، عاطفی) فرزندان ایثارگران مقطع دبيرستاني شهر تهران بود. به همین منظور از جامعه مورد نظر که شامل کلیه دانش آموزان پسر و دختر دبیرستان‌های شاهد و عادی بود نمونه‌ای به حجم 100 نفر(25 پسر و 25 دختر برای گروه کنترل و 25 پسر و 25 دختر برای گروه آزمایش) انتخاب شد. مهارت‌های زندگی شامل مهارت‌های ارتباط بين فردي، مهارت‌های حل مسأله و تصميم گيري، مهارت‌های حفظ سلامت و تندرستي ،مهارت‌های رشد هويت و هدف مندي در زندگي برای گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه آموزش داده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای زندگی به تقویت سازگاری (تحصیلی، عاطفی و اجتماعی) دانش آموزان گروه آزمایش کمک کرده است.
