تأثیر برنامه پیشگیری از آسیب فیفا +11 کودکان بر روی حس عمقی مفصل زانو بازیکنان فوتبال نوجوان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: آسیب مفصل زانو به عنوان شایعترین آسیب در بین بازیکنان نوجوان فوتبالیست شناخته میشود. از آن جایی که حس عمقی در رفلکس عضلانی، ثبات دینامیک مفصل و برنامهریزی حرکت برای کنترل عصبی-عضلانی نقش دارد، کاهش دقت آن میتواند بهعنوان یک عامل خطرزا درونی شناخته شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر چهارده هفته تمرینات +11 کودکان بر روی حس عمقی زانو فوتبالیستهای نوجوان است.
روش کار: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را 48 فوتبالیست نوجوان تشکیل میدادند که بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند و حس عمقی زانو بازیکنان در زوایای 30 و 60 درجه مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفت. گروه تجربی بهمدت چهارده هفته (هفتهای سه جلسه) برنامه +11 کودکان اجرا کردند در حالی که گروه کنترل شیوه گرم کردن معمولی خود را حفظ کردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس ترکیبی استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج آزمون واریانس ترکیبی میانگین خطای بازسازی زوایای مفصلی زانو در دو زاویه 30 و 60 درجه در گروه تجربی پس از انجام برنامه +11 کودکان کاهش یافت(P < 0.05) اما در گروه کنترل تفاوتی یافت نشد (P > 0.05). همچنین، اختلاف معنیداری بین دو گروه پس از انجام برنامه مداخلهای مشاهده شد (P < 0.05).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر برنامه +11 کودکان میتواند سبب بهبود حس عمقی مفصل زانو در بازیکنان نوجوان فوتبالیست شود.
