توصیهها و ملاحظات برای از سرگیری تمرینات در دوران کووید 19 برای شناگران

چکیده
ورزش کمک مهمی به رفاه جسمی، روانی و عاطفی ورزشکاران میکند. همهگیری COVID-19 اثرات مخربی بر جوامع در سطح جهان داشته است و منجر به محدودیتهای قابل توجهی در تمام بخشهای جامعه از جمله ورزش شده است. عدم تمرین طولانیمدت منجر به بیتمرینی و غیرشرطی شدن میشود که یک خطر شناختهشده برای سلامت جسمی و روانی ورزشکاران است. از سرگیری تدریجی تمرینات و ورزش ایمن میتواند بهطور قابل توجهی به برقراری مجدد وضعیت عادی در ورزشکاران کمک کند. ورزش شنا نیز مانند سایر ورزشها تحتتأثیر قرار گرفته و به دلیل کووید-19، تمامی استخرهای شنا تعطیل شدند. به همین دلیل، بسیاری از افراد دچار شرایط عدم تناسب اندام شدند. نیاز به ارائه چارچوب و توصیههای اولیه برای بازگشت ایمن به این ورزش بر اساس دانش فعلی پیرامون COVID-19 وجود دارد. هدف از این مقاله مروری، درک COVID-19 و تدوین دستورالعملهایی برای از سرگیری شنا در ایران، شامل ملاحظات و توصیههای سازمانهای بهداشتی مختلف مانند WHO، CDC و غیره است.
