پاسخ نسفاتین-1 به فعالیت مقاومتی حاد در مردان جوان و میانسال

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: پاسخ نسفاتین-1 به یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی در مردان جوان و میانسال مشخص نیست. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین اثر فعالیت حاد مقاومتی بر پاسخ نسفاتین-1 در مردان جوان و میانسال بود.
روش کار: بدین منظور 11 مرد جوان (30-20 سال) و 10 مرد میانسال (50-40 سال) در این تحقیق شرکت نمودند. کلیهي آزمودنیها یک جلسه آزمون فعالیت مقاومتی حاد (اجرای 4 ست در 6 ایستگاه: پرس سینه، پرس پا، پشت پا، سرشانه با هالتر، جلو بازو، زیربغل با دستگاه با شدت 60 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) را اجرا کردند. قبل و بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت نمونههای خونی جهت اندازهگیری میزان غلظت سرمی نسفاتین-1 گرفته شد. از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر جهت بررسی معناداری تغییرات درونگروهی و بینگروهی استفاده شد. تمامي تجزيه و تحليلهاي آماري با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 و در سطح معنيداري p<0.05 انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که فعالیت مقاومتی اثر معناداری روی سطوح نسفاتین-1 پس از فعالیت ورزشی نداشته است و بین پاسخ نسفاتین به فعالیت مقاومتی در دو گروه سنی مختلف تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (p>0.05).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که یک جلسه فعالیت حاد مقاومتی با شدت متوسط اثر معناداری در سطوح سرمی نسفاتین-1 در مردان جوان و میانسال ندارد. همچنین تفاوت معناداری در واکنش نسفاتین-1 به فعالیت حاد بین مردان جوان و میانسال مشاهده نشد.
