نقش جوّ اخلاقی بر ابعاد درگیری شغلی کارکنان

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش جو اخلاقی بر ابعاد درگیری شغلی کارکنان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه کارمندان سازمان بهزیستی استان تهران در سال 1393 به تعداد 270 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با توجه به جامعه آماری 160 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که کفایت حجم نمونه بر اساس توان آماری بالاتر از 0/8 و سطح معنیداری نزدیک به صفر در تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیهها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. روش نمونهگیری، نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبتی بود که بر اساس مرکز و نسبت محاسبهشده از هر یک از طبقات متناسب با حجم جامعه آماری، تعداد نمونه هر یک از مرکز معین شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل دو پرسشنامه جو اخلاقی در سازمان (ویکتور و کالن، 1988 م.) و پرسشنامه مربوط به درگیری شغلی (شافلی، 2002 م.)، با مقیاس پنج درجهای لیکرت بود. پرسشنامههای جو اخلاقی و ابعاد درگیری شغلی پایایی بالایی داشتند. طبق یافتههای پژوهش حاضر جو اخلاقی رابطه علی مثبت و معنیدار بر ابعاد درگیری شغلی دارد. به عبارتی افراد در سازمانهایی با جو اخلاقی بالا دارای درگیری شغلی بالایی خواهند بود.
