تبیین عناصر برنامه درسی تربیت اخلاقی با توجه به سیره تربیتی ائمه: سنتزپژوهی بر اساس مدل روبرتس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تربیت اخلاقی فراگیران یکی از مهمترین اهداف هر نظام آموزشی است. در این میان، سیره تربیتی ائمه سرشار از معارف تربیتی در این زمینه است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین ویژگی عناصر برنامه درسی تربیت اخلاقی با توجه به سیره تربیتی ائمه (ع) است.
مواد و روشها: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و روش آن سنتزپژوهی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه مقالات پژوهشی هستند که در مورد سیره تربیتی ائمه (ع) ارائه شدهاند. نمونه پژوهش 24 مقاله است که این تعداد بر اساس پایش موضوعی، اشباع نظری دادهها و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی اسناد مورد مطالعه، گردآوری شدهاند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: تمام الزامات اخلاق پژوهشی در پایش مقالات مورد سنتز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
یافتهها: با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، ویژگی عناصر برنامه درسی با توجه به سیره تربیتی ائمه (ع) در 7 بُعد، 36 عامل و 92 مؤلفه سازمان یافت. بر اساس یافتهها مؤلفههای تربیت اخلاقی در محورهای اصول و مبانی تربیت اخلاقی، اهداف آموزشی، رویکردهای یاددهی ـ یادگیری، ویژگیهای مربیان و متربیان، روشهای ارزشیابی و ویژگیهای محیط تربیتی سازمان یافت.
نتیجهگیری: شناسایی مؤلفههای تربیتی با توجه به سیره معصومین (ع) راهگشای بسیاری از مسائل تربیتی است. امید است برنامهریزان درسی با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن اهداف غایتنگر و فضیلتگرا، مبانی و اصول، رویکردهای یاددهی ـ یادگیری، ویژگیهای مربی و متربی، ارزشیابی و ویژگی محیط یادگیری، متناسب با سیره تربیتی ائمه (ع) در راستای تنظیم مناسب برنامههای تربیت اخلاقی فراگیران، گامهای اساسی بردارند.
