تأثیر ارزشهای فردی بر رفتار اخلاقی راهنمایان تورهای گردشگری: بررسی نقش دینداری اسلامی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اخلاقیات را میتوان به عنوان مجموعهای از ارزشها، بایدها و نبایدها تعریف کرد که بر اساس آن معیار خوب و بد از هم تمیز داده شود. با توجه به اینکه رفتار اخلاقی یا غیر اخلاقی در سازمان، زمینهساز پیامدهای مثبت و منفی فراوانی برای سازمان است و با امعان نظر به اهمیتی که امروزه حوزه گردشگری دارا است، میتوان گفت رفتار اخلاقی از سوی راهنمایان تور میتواند بر رضایت عمومی جامعه تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای داشته باشد و موجب پایداری و توسعه گردشگری گردد.
مواد و روشها: در پژوهش حاضر سعی شده است تا از میان متغیرهای اثرگذار بر رفتار اخلاقی کارکنان، به بررسی تأثیر ارزشهای فردی آنان، با در نظرگرفتن نقش دینداری اسلامی، در میان راهنمایان تور که دارای کارت راهنمای تورهای گردشگری از وزارت میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی بودند، در سال 1397 پرداخته شود. برای این منظور پرسشنامهای طراحی گردید و روایی و پایایی آن مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. سپس به صورت در دسترس در میان 188 نفر از راهنمایان تور به صورت الکترونیکی توزیع شد.
یافتهها: با توجه به اینکه مقدار معناداری آزمون t برای همه روابط فرضشده بزرگتر از عدد 96/1 است، این مطلب حاکی از تأیید همه فرضیههای تحقیق در سطح اطمینان 95% است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: مشارکتکنندگان پس از اطلاع از اهداف پژوهش پرسشنامهها را تکمیل کردند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحلیل دادههای میدانی، حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار نقش ارزشهای فردی بر رفتار اخلاقی بود که در این میان، خودکنترلی و صداقت بیشترین اثر را داشتند و ارزشهای هوشمندی و مذهبی در جایگاه بعدی قرار دارند. از سوی دیگر دینداری اسلامی نیز تأثیر ارزشهای فردی بر رفتار اخلاقی را تشدید میکند.
