بررسی دیدگاه بیماران تحت عمل جراحی قلب باز نسبت به عوامل تنش‌زا و راهکارهای تعدیل آن

Abstract

زمینه و هدف:  عمل پیوند عروق کرونر رایج‌ترین شیوۀ جراحی برای بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های عروق کرونر به شمار می‌آید. ﺑﺴﻴﺎري از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ‌دﻫﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺟﺮاﺣﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ ﺑﺤﺮان ﺟﺪي ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﻲ‌ﺷﻮد ﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺮس و اﺿﻄﺮاب ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﻣﻲ‌ﺷﻮد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین دیدگاه بیماران تحت عمل جراحی قلب باز نسبت به عوامل تنش‌زا و راهکارهای تعدیل آن بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعۀ توصیفی بر روی 163 بیمار تحت جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر در بیمارستان شفاء شهر کرمان در سال 1394 انجام شد. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻓﺮدي، ﻣﻘﯿﺎس عوامل تنش‌زای جراحی قلب بازنگری شده و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣة راهکارهای تعدیل ﺑﻮد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درک بیماران از عوامل تنش‌زای درون فردی بیشتر از عوامل تنش‌زای بین فردی و عوامل تنش‌زای برون‌فردی بود و مهم‌ترین راهکار تعدیل عوامل تنش‌زا اطمینان دادن پرستار در مورد مراقبت مداوم و دادن مسکن‌های لازم بعد از عمل بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه عوامل تنش‌زای درون فردی بیشتر از عوامل تنش‌زای بین فردی و عوامل تنش‌زای برون فردی توسط بیماران درک شده بود، بنابراین شناخت واقعی از نیازها و نگرانی‌های بیماران در برنامه‌ریزی مراقبتی پرستاران بالینی اهمیت بسزایی دارد.
