مقایسه دقت پالس اکسیمتری گوش و انگشت با سنسور انگشتی در بیماران تحت درمان با داروهای وازوپرسور

Abstract
مقدمه: امروزه جهت مانیتورینگ مداوم اشباع اکسیژن از پالس اکسیمتری انگشت استفاده می گردد. در بعضی شرایط مثل سوختگی، افت فشار خون و بی قراری نمی توان از پالس اکسیمتری انگشت بهره برد. در بالین شواهد زیادی وجود دارد که در این گونه شرایط از پالس اکسیمتری گوش با سنسور انگشتی استفاده می گردد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین دقت پالس اکسیمتری گوش و نوک انگشت با سنسور انگشتی در بیماران تحت درمان با داروی های وازوپرسور انجام شد.روش بررسی: طی یک مطالعه تحلیلی مقایسه ای روی 33 بیمار تحت درمان با داروهای وازوپرسور، که به روش در دسترس و بر اساس معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند، دو عدد سنسور پالس اکسیمتر انگشتی یکی به قسمت فوقانی گوش و یکی به نوک انگشت متصل و همزمان اقدام به گرفتن نمونه خون شریانی شد. دادهﻫﺎی بدست آمده ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آماری SPSS22 با آزمون آماری همبستگی اسپیرمن و آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ شدندیافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد تفاوت آماری معنی داری بین Spo2 گوش، نوک انگشت و Sao2 وجود دارد (001/0>p). همچنین در این مطالعه بین درصد اشباع اکسیژن با CRT ارتباط آماری معنی داری وجود داشت.نتیجه گیری: تحقیق حاضر نشان داد پالس اکسیمتری انگشت و گوش با سنسور انگشتی در بیماران تحت درمان با داروهای وازوپرسور دقت یکسانی در ارائه درصد اشباع اکسیژن دارند هر چند که Spo2 گوش بطور میانگین حدود 3 درصد بیشتر و Spo2 نوک انگشت حدود 3 درصد کمتر از Sao2 بودند.- vasopressor drugs
