ارتباط بین اشتیاق و کمال¬گرایی با عملکرد ورزشی در دانشجویان تربیت بدنی

Abstract

مقدمه: هدف از اجرای این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط بین اشتیاق و کمال­گرایی با عملکرد ورزشی در دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران جنوب بود.

روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، بر اساس زمان حال­نگر، از نظر هدف کاربردی، و به لحاظ جمع­آوری اطلاعات میدانی بود. جامعه ­آماری همه دانشجویان تربیت بدنی در مقاطع تحصیلی کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد، دکتری و عراقی­ها که در سال 1401 به عنوان دانشجو تربیت بدنی تحصیل می­کردند و بنابر آمار اعلام شده از دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران جنوب 1200 نفر بودند. نمونه آماری طبق جدول مورگان تعداد 291 نفر از بين جامعه­آماري بود، که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در این مطالعه از سه پرسشنامه اشتیاق در ورزشکاران والراند و هولفورت  (2003)، پرسشنامه کمال­گرایی ورزشی دان و همکاران (2006)، پرسشنامه عملکرد ورزشی چاربونیو و همکاران (2001) استفاده شد.

یافته­ها: نتایج همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی نشان داد که بین اشتیاق و کمال­گرایی با عملکرد ورزشی رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارند. همچنین اشتیاق و کمال­گرایی توانایی پیش­بینی عملکرد ورزشی را دارند.

نتیجه­گیری: بنابراین اشتیاق و کمال­گرایی می­تواند منجر به افزایش عملکرد ورزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران جنوب شود. لذا پیشنهاد می­شود که مسئولان ورزشی به اشتیاق و کمالگرایی ورزشکاران توجه بیشتری نمایند تا بتوانند عملکرد ورزشی را افزایش دهند و منجر به موفقیت ورزشی شوند.
