بررسی ارتباط بین افکار خودکشی و رضایت از زندگی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال 1403

چکیده
مقدمه: مشکلات روانی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی می تواند نقش اساسی در بروز افکار خودکشی داشته باشد این مسئله ارتباط تنگاتنگی با رضایت از زندگی دارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین افکار خودکشی و رضایت از زندگی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال 1403 بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی تحلیلی بود. 402 دانشجوی علوم پزشکی آبادان از رشته های مختلف پس از داشتن معیار های ورود به مطالعه، وارد مطالعه شدند. پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه از دانشجویان، این دانشجویان به وسیله پرسشنامه افکار خودکشی، از نظر افکار خودکشی و رضایت از زندگی (به وسیله پرسشنامه Diener) ارزیابی شدند. در نهایت اطلاعات حاصل از پرسشنامه ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: شیوع افکارخودکشی کم و افکارخودکشی پرخطر به ترتیب 13.9% و 6 % بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) یافته رضایت از زندگی به ترتیب 23.10 (4.92) بوده است. بین جنسیت دختر(P=0.018)، مجرد بودن(P=0.014)، درامد پائین خانواده(P=0.0001) و شغل پدر (P=0.027) و افکارخودکشی ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت. میانگین نمره رضایت از زندگی در دانشجویان با افکار خود کشی پرخطر به شکل معنی داری کمتر از دانشجویان با عدم وجود افکارخودکشی و دانشجویان با افکار خودکشی کم بود(P=0.0001). رگرسیون لجستیک نشان داد که جنسیت مرد، افزایش وضعیت درامد خانواده و افزایش رضایت از زندگی هر یک به میزان 62.11% 71.4% و 41.4% ریسک خطر بروز افکار خودکشی را کاهش می دهند. علاوه بر این متاهل بودن، افزایش وضعیت درامد و افزایش رضایت از زندگی نیز هریک به ترتیب 71.8% ، 86.9% و 94.2% ریسک بروز خطر افکارخودکشی پرخطر را افزایش می دهند.
نتیجهگیری: شیوع افکارخودکشی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی قابل توجه و اهمیت می باشد. این افکار با جنسیت دختر، مجرد بودن، درامد پائین می توانند عوامل موثر و تشدید کننده در زمینه بروز افکارخود کشی در دانشجویان باشد.
