تاثیر موسیقی و شیوههای مختلف تمرین (هوازی، مقاومتی، انعطافپذیری و ترکیبی) قبل از شروع درس بر دقت، افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر دبیرستانی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: نظر به اهمیت توسعه برنامههای مکمل برای پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان، هدف از اجرای این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر موسیقی و شیوههای مختلف تمرین (هوازی، مقاومتی، انعطافپذیری و ترکیبی) قبل از شروع درس بر دقت، افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر دبیرستانی بود.
روش کار: در این تحقیق 100 دانشآموز دختر مقطع متوسطه با استفاده از شیوه نمونهگیری خوشهای در شش کلاس درسی، ضمن اجرای برنامههای تمرینی در گروههای تحقیق، در پیش و پسآزمون شرکت کردند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق آزمون خطزنی برای سنجش دقت و آزمون داس برای سنجش اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی دانشآموزان بود. پیشرقت تحصیلی نیز با استفاده از نمرات درسی دانشآموزان محاسبه شد.
یافتهها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مداخلات ارائه شده در این تحقیق تاثیر معناداری بر نمرات آزمون خطزنی (P=0.001) و داس (P=0.026) داشته است. موسیقی به تنهایی نتوانسته بود تاثیر معناداری بر دقت، استرس، افسردگی و اضطراب داشته باشد (P>0.05)، اما موسیقی همراه با تمرینات مختلف اثر معناداری را بر این متغیرها ایجاد کرده بود (P<0.05). همچنین نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که اجرای این تمرینات توانسته بود بهبود معناداری در عملکرد تحصیلی این دانشآموزان ایجاد نماید (P=0.003).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این تحقیق تاییدکننده اهمیت پویا بودن محیطهای آموزشی و ارائه تمرینات خلاقانه و اثربخشی استفاده از موسیقی و فعالیت بدنی به عنوان یک راهحل مکمل برای بهبود ویژگیهای روانشناختی، شناختی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان بود.
