تاثیر 10 هفته تمرینات اینتروال با شدت بالا بر سطح کورتیزول سرم در بیماران کولیت اولسروز

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: ورزش میتواند تأثیرات مفیدی در بهبود التهاب و عملکرد اندامهای مختلف بدن داشته باشد. چندین مطالعه تأثیرات مفید ورزش بر بیماری التهابی روده (IBD) و شاخصهای ایمنی-آسیبشناختی آن را نشان داده است. در این مطالعه، هدف ما ارزیابی تأثیرات 10 هفته تمرین اینتروال با شدت بالا (HIIT) بر سطح کورتیزول سرم در بیماران مبتلا به IBD است.
روش کار: در این مطالعه، 24 بیمار مبتلا به کولیت اولسراتیو (UC) با معیارهای عدم مصرف دخانیات، الکل، آنتیبیوتیک و نداشتن ورزش منظم در سه ماه گذشته وارد مطالعه شدند. بیماران به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و ورزش تقسیم شدند. این برنامه تمرینی شامل 10 هفته HIIT بود. قبل و بعد از برنامه تمرینی برای اندازهگیری سطح سرمی کورتیزول از بیماران نمونه خون گرفته شد.
یافتهها: کاهش قابل توجهی در سطح کورتیزول سرمی بیماران UC پس از تمرین مشاهده شد (میانگین 7/52 ± 14/84 در مقابل 3/6 ± 9/83، P=0.004) و هیچ علامتی از فعال شدن بیماری در گروه ورزشی مشاهده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه گزارش میدهد كه 10 هفته HIIT منظم برای كاهش سطح سرم كورتیزول در بیماران IBD موثر است. نتایج ما همچنین نشان داده که ورزش تحت نظارت در بزرگسالان با UC خفیف تا متوسط میتواند تأثیر مفیدی در کاهش علائم IBD داشته باشد.
