ارزیابی روانشناختی استرس ناشی از قرنطینه در هنگام شیوع ویروس کرونا (COVID-19) در میان ورزشکاران

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تغییر در سبک زندگی در نتیجه شیوع جهانی بیماری کووید 19، ورزشکاران را نیز تحت شعاع قرارداده و پیامدهای روانشناختی به دنبال داشته است. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی روانشناختی استرس ناشی از قرنطینه در هنگام شیوع ویروس کرونا (COVID-19) در میان ورزشکاران بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است و به صورت مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه ورزشکاران حرفهای و آماتور کشور بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی تعداد 389 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند (79 کودک از 8 تا 12 سال، 143 نوجوان از 13 تا 17 سال، 167 بزرگسال از 18 تا 67 سال). ابزار اندازهگیری مقياس تجديدنظر يافته تأثير حوادث (IES) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای تحقیق از روشهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه انووا) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل آنووا نشان داد، که تفاوت قابل توجهی در کودکان و نوجوانان از نظر جنسیت، منطقه جغرافیایی، نوع ورزش و سطح رقابت وجود ندارد. اختلاف معنیداری بین جنسیت از نظر پریشانی روانشناختی پس از سانحه (0.02=p) و برانگيختگي و اجتناب فقط در بزرگسالان مشاهده شد که نتیجه آن در زنان بیشتر بود (0.021=p). تفاوت قابل توجهی بین ورزش فردی و تیمی برای پریشانی روانشناختی (0.010=p) و برانگيختگي (0.032=p) در بزرگسالان مشاهده شد که امتیازات بالاتری برای افراد بود. ورزشکاران نخبه نمرات قابل توجهی بالاتر در برانگيختگي (0.02=p) بدست آوردند. در میان نوجوانان، تفاوت معنیداری بین جنسیت در متغیر برانگيختگي و اجتناب (0.009=p)، با نمرات بالاتر در مردان مشاهده شد. اختلاف معنیداری بین سطح رقابت برای متغیر افكار مزاحم (0.001=p)، با نتایج بالاتر در ورزشکاران نخبه، در کودکان یافت شد.
نتیجهگیری: این نتایج آگاهی ما را در مورد اثرات پریشانی روانشناختی قرنطینه در زمان COVID-19 در میان ورزشکاران افزایش میدهد و پیشنهاد میشود که پروتکلهای خاصی برای بهزیستی و سلامت ورزشکاران در طی زمان شروع فعالیتهای ورزشی آنها، با توجه به جنسیت، نوع ورزش و سطح رقابتی استفاده شود.
