چکیده
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف تاثیر آموزش برنامه مهارت مثبتاندیشی بر سلامت معنوی و شادکامی دانشجویان انجام گرفت.
روش کار: جامعه پژوهش عبارت بود از دانشجویان که در سال 1399-1398 در شهرستان ارومیه مشغول تحصیل بودند. نمونه مورد پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از دانشجویان (15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه گواه) به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. تمامی آزمودنیها با استفاده از پرسشنامه "سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون" و "پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد" مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و بطور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. مداخله 8 جلسهای بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. جهت سنجش اثربخشی برنامه مثبتاندیشی بر سلامت معنوی و شادکامی دانشجویان از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش گروهی مثبتاندیشی بر سلامت معنوی و شادکامی تأثیر دارد.
نتیجهگیری: در نتیجه میتوان از روش آموزش مهارتهای مثبتاندیشی به عنوان روشی کارآمد برای افزایش سلامت معنوی و شادکامی دانشجویان استفاده نمود.
