بررسی اثربخشی فعالیت بدنی بر ابعاد انگیزش پیشرفت دانشجویان دختر و پسر

چکیده
مقدمه: افرادی که فعالیت بدنی منظم دارند از پرانرژیترین و سالمترین افراد هر جامعهای هستند که احتمال پیشرفت، موفقیت و ثبات خود و جامعه را بیشتر میکنند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی فعالیت بدنی بر ابعاد انگیزش پیشرفت دانشجویان دختر و پسر میباشد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه جهرم تشکیل میدادند که از میان آنها به روش تصادفی تعداد 76 نفر دانشجوی رشته تربیت بدنی (29 نفر دختر، 47 نفر پسر) به عنوان گروه فعال و تعداد 76 نفر از دانشجویان غیرفعال ( 47 نفر پسر، 29 نفر دختر) به عنون گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. به منظور اندازهگیری انگیزش پیشرفت از پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت هرمنس (1970) استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون کالموگروف اسمیرنف و آزمون t مستقل استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دانشجویان دختر فعال و غیرفعال در مقیاسهای پشتکار (013/0 =p) و رقابتجو (003/0 =p) تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین مشخص شد که در مقیاس رقابتجو (038/0 =p) تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه دانشجویان پسر فعال و غیرفعال وجود دارد. بین دانشجویان فعال و غیرفعال در مقیاسهای اعتمادبهنفس (05/0 =p)، پشتکار (017/0 =p) و رقابتجو (002/0 =p) تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: دانشجویانی که فعالیت بدنی دارند نسبت به دانشجویان غیرفعال، از انگیزش پیشرفت بیشتری برخوردارند و علاوه بر سلامت جسمانی میتوانند مهارتهای انگیزشی خود را برای پیشرفت در زندگی و تحصیل بهبود ببخشند.
