بررسی اثربخشی ورزش بر فرسودگی شغلی و امید به زندگی کارکنان سازمان منطقه ویژه انرژی اقتصادی پارس

چکیده
مقدمه: نیروی انسانی در سازمان در معرض بسیاری از فشارهای عصبی قرار دارد. این فشارهای عصبی بر جنبههای مختلف زندگی اثرگذار است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی فرسودگی شغلی و امید به زندگی کارکنان فعال و غیرفعال سازمان منطقه ویژه انرژی اقتصادی پارس میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق علی- مقایسهای حاضر را کلیه کارمندان سازمان منطقه ویژه انرژی اقتصادی پارس تشکیل دادهاند.
روش کار: تعداد 113 نفر ( 79 فعال و 34 غیرفعال) به طور تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده دو پرسشنامه امید به زندگی اشنایدر و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش (MBI) میباشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها بوسیله SPSS/19 و از آزمونهای آماری کالموگروف- اسمیرنوف و تی مستقل استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری بین نمره امید به زندگی کارمندان فعال و غیرفعال وجود دارد (001/0 = p) بطوری که کارمندان فعال دارای امید به زندگی بیشتری نسبت به همتایان غیرفعال خود هستند. همچنین تفاوت معناداری در هر سه فاکتور فرسودگی شغلی (خستگی عاطفی، مسخ شخصیت، موفقیت فردی) بین دو گروه فعال و غیرفعال وجود ندارد (05/0 < p).
نتیجهگیری: بطور خلاصه میتوان گفت ورزش و فعالیت بدنی میتواند به بهبود امید به زندگی کارمندان کمک کند. بنابراین با توجه به اثربخشی ورزش بر امید به زندگی، میتوان با نهادینه کردن ورزش و افزایش و بهبود امکانات ورزشی، موجبات افزایش امیدواری و سلامت کارمندان را فراهم کرد.
