بررسی رابطة بین درد حاد و اضطراب مرگ در اقدام كنندگان به خودسوزی

چکیده
مقدمه: اضطراب شایعترین پاسخ فیزیولوژیک و سايكولوژيك به درد در بیماران سوختگی است که میتواند عملکرد روانی و جسمانی آنان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. مطالعة حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین درد حاد و اضطراب مرگ در بیماران سوختگی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این مطالعة توصیفی- تحلیلی در بخش سوختگی بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام شد. 103 بیمار بستری در بخش سوختگی زنان و مردان به صورت تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامة بلسکی (1999) ميزان اضطراب مرگ و اضطراب بيماران سوختگي و از مقياس درجهبندي عددي براي اندازهگيري شدت درد مورد استفاده شد. دادههاي جمعآوري شده توسط نرمافزار آماري SPSS18، آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون رگرسیون در سطح 5 درصد مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: براساس یافتههای پژوهش بین شدت درد حاد و میزان اضطراب مرگ در هفتههای اول و دوم و همچنین بین هفتههاي سوم و چهارم رابطة معنیداری وجود دارد. نتايج به دست آمده در پیشبینی اضطراب مرگ توسط شدت درد، مدل ميتواند 54.6 درصد از واريانس را توجيه كند و شدت درد پيشبيني كنندة معناداري برای اضطراب مرگ بوده است. نتيجهگيري: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از اين تحقيق ميتوان اذعان داشت که در مراقبت درمان و كنترل درد حاد بيماران سوختگي بايستي به كنترل اضطراب مرگ اين بيماران توجه خاصي مبذول نمود.- اضطراب مرگ، بيماران سوختگي، درد حاد، خودسوزی
