تأثیر استفاده از کولوئید در تهوع و استفراغ بعد از اعمال جراحی لاپاراسکوپی ژنیکولوژی

چکیده
مقدمه: تهوع و استفراغ بعد از عمل در 20 تا 30% بیماران بعد از عمل جراحی اتفاق میافتد و این دو با هم دومین شکایت شایع توسط بیماران بعد از عمل هستند. ما با امید به اینکه استفاده از مایع داخل عروقی مناسب بتواند در کاهش تهوع و استفراغ بعد از عمل جراحی نقشی داشته باشد، این مطالعه را انجام دادیم. مواد و روشها: این مطالعة کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی تعداد 60 بیمار زن 20 تا 60 سال کلاس یک و دو ASA که تحت اعمال جراحی لاپاراسکوپی تشخیصی با بیهوشی عمومی قرار گرفتند، انجام شد؛ در تمام بیماران 15 دقیقه قبل از شروع بیهوشی عمومی مایع مورد نظر و در گروه کریستالوئید رینگر لاکتات 10 میلیلیتر / کیلوگرم و در گروه کولوئید، ولوون 10 میلیلیتر / کیلوگرم تزریق شد. فراوانی بروز تهوع و استفراغ در طول ریکاوری ثبت و در فرم های مخصوص این مطالعه جمع آوری شد. نتیجه: با توجه به 121/0 P.value = در آزمون کای دو که بیشتر از 05/0 است متغیر تهوع در دو گروه تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. دو گروه مورد مطالعه از نظر میزان استفراغ هم مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند که با توجه به 136/0 = P valueاز نظر آماری دو گروه با هم تفاوت نداشتند. بحث: ما در این مطالعه از ولوون برای افزایش حجم داخل عروقی استفاده کردیم که در مقایسه با گروه دیگر یعنی رینگر لاکتات تفاوت آماری معنیداری از نظر بروز تهوع و استفراغ نداشت.- تهوع، استفراغ، کولوئید، کریستالوئید،لاپاراسکوپی
