اثر 8 هفته تمرینات بادی پامپ و پیلاتس بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی زنان مبتلا به کمردردمزمن غیراختصاصی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کمر درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی شایعترین نوع کمردرد مزمن میباشد و دستیابی به یک برنامهی درمانی و توانبخشی برای بهبود سریعتر بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن همواره مورد توجه بوده است. بنایراین هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی 8 هفته تمرینات بادی پامپ و پیلاتس بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی زنان مبتلا به کمردردمزمن غیر اختصاصی است. روش کار: در این تحقیق نیمه تجربی تعداد 36 زن دارای کمر درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی با دامنه ی سنی 45-20 سال به روش هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه 12 نفره (دو گروه تجربی و یک گروه کنترل) قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات مربوط بهٍ، شدت درد بیماران از طریق پرسشنامه ی درد (VAS) و ناتوانی عملکردی از طریق پرسشنامه ی (OSWESTRY) در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون جمع آوری شد. جهت تحلیل آماری از آزمونهای آماری تی همبسته و مستقل در سطح معناداری (05/0≤p) استفاده شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه با کد اخلاق IR.ARAKU.REC.1401.022 به تصویب کمیته اخلاق در پژوهش دانشگاه اراک رسید. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که هم میزان درد و هم ناتوانی عملکردی گروه های تجربی پس از اعمال برنامه های منتخب اصلاحی به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش یافته است (05/0≤p). در حالی که این متغیرها در گروه کنترل تفاوت چندانی را نشان ندادند (05/0≥p). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، می توان نتیجه گرفت که برای کاهش درد و ناتوانی عملکردی زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی، تمرینات بادی پامپ و پیلاتس تأثیرگذار است. بنابراین می توان از این روش کم هزینه و غیرتهاجمی برای بازتوانی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی بهره برد.- بادی پامپ پیلاتس ناتوانی عملکردی کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی
