اثربخشی دستگاه جدید ونتیلاسیون (NVE) در اکسیژناسیون و دی اکسیدکربن انتهای بازدم طی جراحی بلفاروپلاستی: کارآزمایی بالینی

چکیده
پوشش صورت بیمار در حین اعمال جراحی چشم از جمله بلفاروپلاستی علیرغم دریافت اکسیژن به علت وجود فضای بسته خروج دیاکسیدکربن مختل شده و احتمال تنفس مجدد بیشتر میشود. وسیله کمک تهویه ای جدید با هدف رفع این مشکل طراحی گردید. این وسیله حین اعمال جراحی لوکال سر و گردن و چشم که سر و صورت و راه هوایی بیمار توسط پارچه پوشیده میشود، دفع دیاکسیدکربن بازدمی را آسان میکند و از عوارض هیپوکسمی و هیپرکاپنی مانند سردرد، افزایش فشار خون، خواب آلودگی شدید و کاهش سطح هوشیاری که منجر به تاکی پنه و آریتمی قلبی که همگی منجر به عدم همکاری بیمار با جراح میشوند، پیشگیری میکند و هزینههای درمان را کاهش میدهد.- دستگاه جدید ونتیلاسیون، اکسیژناسیون، بلفاروپلاستی، اعمال جراحی لوکال
