اثربخشی حضور پرسنل ویژه استروک بروی فاصله زمانی بین ورود بیمار دچار سکته حاد مغزی به بخش اورژانس تا شروع درمان آنتی ترومبولیتیک

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سکته حاد مغزی، مانند حمله قلبی و یا تروما، یک مورد اورژانس بوده و بررسی ودرمان آن باید به صورت اورژانسی و بدون اتلاف وقت صورت گیرد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی حضور پرسنل ویژه استروک بروی فاصله زمانی بین ورود بیمار دچار سکته حاد مغزی به بخش اورژانس تا شروع درمان آنتی ترومبولیتیک در بیماران سکته حاد مغزی بوده تا با بررسی عوامل احتمالی تاخیر در شروع درمان، در روند بهبود این مراحل اقدام شود. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی-تحلیلی بروی 250 بیمار سکته حاد مغزی در دو گروه 125 نفره صورت گرفت. اطلاعات بیماران با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودساخته جمع آوری شده و نتایج با نرم افزار آماری مقایسه و آنالیز گردید. جمع آوری اطلاعات در گروه مداخله توسط یک تیم ویژه استروک از پرستاران بخش اورژانس که آموزش دوره استروک را گذرانده بودند، و در گروه کنترل توسط پرسنل بخش اورژانس صورت گرفت. نتایج: در هر دو گروه بیشترین بیماران در بازه سنی 51-65 سال بوده و تفاوت معناداری بین بازه سنی بیماران در دو گروه گروه یافت نشد. اما متغیر های اصلی مورد مطالعه شامل زمان تزریق، زمان ویزیت متخصص طب اورژانس، زمان انجام سی تی اسکن مغزی، زمان ویزیت متخصص اعصاب، زمان انتقال به بخش استروک، زمان اخذ رضایت و مدت Door to needle با هم تفاوت آماری معناداری داشتند (P=0.000). نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد حضور پرسنل ویژه استروک همزمان با ورود بیمار به بخش اورژانس، باعث کاهش فاصله زمانی بین ورود بیمار دچار سکته حاد مغزی تا شروع درمان آنتی ترومبولیتیک شده و این کاهش زمان در انجام اقدامات اورژانسی مربوطه، میتواند درکاهش عوارض و ناتوانی های ناشی از سکته حاد مغزی، و کاهش بار بیماری این بیماران موثر باشد.- Door To Needle ، استروک، پرسنل، بخش مراقبت ویژه
