بررسی افسردگی پس از زایمان و آپگار نوزاد در زایمان طبیعی با بی دردی و زایمان طبیعی بدون بی دردی

چکیده
افسردگی پس از زایمان یک اختلال خلقی است که موجب تضعیف رابطه مادر و کودک، تاثیر منفی بر سلامت روان، کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و اعضای خانواده می شود. افسردگی پس از زایمان به عوامل متعددی بستگی دارد. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر با هدف دستیابی به افسردگی پس از زایمان و آپگار نوزاد در زایمان طبیعی با بی دردی و بدون بی دردی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر در سال 1400 انجام شد. طی این پژوهش 120 خانم مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی شهر قم که یک ماه تا چهل روز از زایمان آنها گذشته بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش دو پرسشنامه استاندارد ادینبرگ و اطلاعات دموگرافیک بودند. جهت انجام تجزیه و تحلیل از نرم افزار Spss-25 و جهت تحلیل مسیر از Smart Pls استفاده شد. میانگین و انحراف معیار افسردگی در این نمونه 05/7± 7/12 محاسبه شد. میزان افسردگی پس از زایمان متوسط روبه بالاست. نمره آپگار نوزاد، جنسیت نوزاد، زایمان طبیعی با بی دردی و بدون بی دردی در میزان افسردگی نقش چندانی ندارد. جهت پیشگیری این اختلال پیشنهاد می شود برنامه های آموزشی و حمایتی طی بارداری و پس از زایمان مادر و همسر اجرا شود و با ارجاع به موقع مادران از عوارض این اختلال پیشگیری شود.- افسردگی پس از زایمان، نمره مقیاس آپگار، زایمان طبیعی با بیدردی، زایمان طبیعی بدون بیدردی
