مقایسه تاثیر دستبند ضد درد دکا- تیتان [DeKa-Titan] با دارونما بر کنترل درد بیماران پس از جراحی فتق اینگوینال: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسوکور

چکیده
چکیده مقدمه و هدف: کاهش درد پس از جراحی، بویژه به شیوه¬های غیر دارویی همواره یکی از چالش¬های پزشکی است. بدین منظور مطالعه حاضر با هدف مطالعه اثربخشی دستبند دکا-تیتان بر کنترل درد بیماران پس از جراحی فتق اینگوینال انجام شد. مواد و روشها: در این کارآزمایی بالینی نصادفی دوسوكور، 60 بیمار تحت جراحی فتق اینگوینال در بیمارستان شهید باهنر کرمان در سال 1397، در دو گروه مداخله و شاهد، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. پس از آموزش بیماران برای ارزیابی درد خود با استفاده از مقیاس دیداری درد، برای گروه مداخله، دستبند دکا- تیتان با سیستم انتقال پیام از دو سوی نخاع به سمت دستبند توسط دو الکترود پوستی استفاده شد. در گروه شاهد، از یک دستبند پلاستیکی بدون خواص ضد درد به عنوان دارونما استفاده شد. برای هر دو گروه، در زمان شدت درد، پتدین، به عنوان مسکن استفاده گردید. درد، قبل از جراحی، و سپس 2 ساعت، 6 ساعت، 12 ساعت و 24 ساعت پس از جراحي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تی مستقل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سطح معني¬داري آزمونها 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج: میانگین سن گروه مداخله 75/17±47/50 سال و میانگین سن گروه شاهد 59/15±16/42 سال بود (059/0=p). تفاوت نمرات درد دو گروه مداخله و شاهد، دو ساعت (242/0=p)، 6 ساعت (453/0=p)، 12 ساعت (387/0=p) و 24 ساعت پس از جراحی (533/0=p) معنی¬دار نبود. همچنین، میزان مسکن دریافتی در گروه مداخله و شاهد در زمان¬هاي مختلف اندازه¬گيري تفاوت معني¬داري نداشت (05/0- anesthesiology
