آگاهی عمومی جامعه از بيهوشي و نقش متخصصین بیهوشی در ایران The public awareness regarding anesthesia and the role of anesthesiologists in Iran: a survey

چکیده
چکیده: زمينه و هدف: بيهوشي به عنوان يک تخصص پزشکي از اوايل قرن بيستم آغاز شد. متخصصین بیهوشی اداره اعمال حياتي در طي جراحي را آغاز کرده بیهوشی را القا و در پايان جراحي، بيماران را بيدار مي نمایند. با آگاهی از نگرش و درک افراد عادی جامعه از بیهوشی و متخصصین بیهوشی میتوان جهت آموزش افراد و ارتقاء دانش سلامت این افراد در جامعه گام های مثبتی برداشت. از این روی هدف ما از اين مطالعه بررسي کلي ميزان آگاهي مردم عادی جامعه در مورد بيهوشي، روند بیهوشی و وظايف پزشک متخصص بيهوشي و عوامل موثر بر آن بود. روش و ابزار:این مطالعه یک مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی در فاصله سال های 1397-1396بود. جمعیت مورد مطالعه کلیه افراد سالم جامعه در استان های تهران، مازندران، خوزستان، خراسان رضوی، کرمان و شهر تهران بودند. روش نمونه گیری در این مطالعه در سه سطح تعریف گردید: روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای، روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی و با کمک نرم افزار آماریSPSS v.19 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتايج: 1558پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید. 4/52% از افراد تحت مطالعه زن و 6/47% مرد بودند. متوسط سن افراد تحت مطالعه 8/14±62/43 سال بود. اکثریت افراد متاهل (7/54%)، دارای تحصیلات در حد دیپلم(4/33%) و شاغل (3/63%) بودند. نتیجه این مطالعه نشان داد 2/44 درصد از افراد از بیهوشی ترس داشتند. ارتباط معنی داری بین جنسیت و ترس از بیهوشی و بین سن و ترس از بیهوشی و بین سطح تحصیلات و ترس از بیهوشی وجود داشت. تنها 6/30% از افراد میدانستند که متخصص بیهوشی حین عمل جراحی آنان را بیهوش مینماید. اکثریت افراد (4/76%) تمایل به مشاهده و معاینه متخصص بیهوشی قبل از عمل داشتند. 9/37% افراد تمایل به بیهوشی عمومی داشتند و زنان بیش از مردان بیهوشی عمومی را ترجیح میدادند. اکثریت افراد تحت مطالعه (4/53%) اعتقاد داشتند بیهوشی عمومی کم خطر تر از بی حسی نخاعی است و اطلاعی از مدت تحصیل متخصص بیهوشی در دانشگاه نداشتند. تنها 4/30% از افراد از نقش متخصص بیهوشی در کنترل درد های حاد و مزمن، 1/16% از افراد از نقش متخصص بیهوشی به عنوان مقیم اورژانس و 4/37% از افراد از نقش متخصصین بیهوشی در بخش مراقبت های ویژه، اطلاع داشتند. نتيجه گيري: به رغم این واقعیت که گروه بزرگی از افراد تحت مطالعه ما افراد تحصیل کرده بودند که در مناطق شهری زندگی می کردند، آگاهی عمومی از نقش بیهوشی در ایران نادرست است. افزایش ارتباط بین متخصصین بیهوشی با افراد جامعه و افزایش توجه رسانه ها به بیهوشی و متخصصین بیهوشی و ارائه برنامه های تلویزیونی و رادیویی در مورد نقش مهم متخصصین بیهوشی به بهبود آگاهی و درک افراد جامعه از بیهوشی و نقش متخصصین بیهوشی کمک خواهد کرد.ارجاع به مقاله
