بررسی میزان و علل بروز شکستگی های هیپ در افراد بالای 65 سال سن در بیمارستان شهدا تبریز Eveluation of incidence and causes of hip fracture in pepoles more than 65 years age in Tabriz Shohada Hospital

چکیده
مقدمه شکستگی لگن یکی از مسائل نسبتا شایع در جراحی ارتوپدی و نیز یکی از مشکلات اساسی در سیستم بهداشتی محسوب می شود. بروز شکستگی لگن در افراد مسن ، مشکلات و آسیب های غیر قابل برگشت جدی را می تواند ایجاد کند و نیازمند توجه ویژه و اقدامات حمایتی مهم است. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر بررسی بروز و علل شکستگی هیپ در بیماران 65 سال مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهدا دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز می باشد. مواد و روش ها در یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، تمامی بیماران بالای 65 سال همراه با شکستگی لگن مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی شهدا دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال 1394، به صورت تمام شماری انتخاب و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. سن، جنس، سابقه شکستگی قبلی ، و علت بروز شکستگی، بررسی شد. نتایج در طول سال 1394، 504 بیمار بالای 65 سال سن با شکستگی هیپ در مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهدا بستری شدند. میانگین سنی بیماران مورد مطالعه 44/7± 25/79 سال در بازه سنی 65 سال تا 95 سال بود. از میان 504 بیار مورد مطالعه ، 244 نفر (%4/48) مرد و 260 نفر (%6/51) زن بودند. همچنین 118 نفر (%4/23) از بیماران سابقه شکستگی قبلی داشتند. در ارتباط با علت بروز حادثه، 422 بیمار (%7/83) به دلیل افتادن و 82 نفر (%3/16) به دلیل تصادف دچار شکستگی هیپ شده بودند. نتیجه گیری براساس نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر، شکستگی هیپ یک موضوع نسبتا شایع در میان بیماران بالای 65 سال می باشد، و شایع ترین علت آن افتادن می باشد. انجام اقدامات حمایتی و حفاظتی مناسب می تواند میزان افتادن و بروز شکستگی های هیپ در افراد مسن را کاهش دهد.- شکستگی ،هیپ ، افراد مسن
