بررسی اثرات اعتیاد به مورفین بر وسعت ضایعه انفارکتوس میوکارد وسطح پلاسمایی کراتین فسفوکیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز در موش های صحرایی نر The Effects of Morphine Addiction on Lesion Size of Myocardial Infarction and Creatine Phosphokinase and Lactate Dehydrogenase Plasma Levels in Rats

چکیده
چکیده مقدمه: دوزهای متفاوت از مورفین از طریق رسپتورهای اپیوئیدی کاپا و دلتا بر روی میوسیت های قلبی اثر میگذارند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات اعتیاد به مورفین بر وسعت ضایعه انفارکتوس میوکارد ومیزان کراتین فسفوکیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز در موشهای صحرایی نر بوده است. مواد و روش ها: این آزمایش بر روی 30 موش صحرایی نر با میانگین وزنی 200 -250 گرم انجام گرفت. موش ها به سه گروه کنترل، گروه تجربی 1 ( مصرف مزمن مورفین+ انفارکتوس+40 میلی گرم برکیلوگرم مورفین) و گروه تجربی 2 (مصرف مزمن مورفین+ انفارکتوس+20 میلی گرم برکیلوگرم مورفین) تقسیم شدند. جراحی به روش لیگاسیون به منظور القاء انفارکتوس در هر سه گروه صورت گرفت. سرانجام بعد از دو روز از همه موش ها نمونه خون برای تعیین میزان آنزیم های کراتین فسفوکیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز گرفته شد. در پایان دو روز، موش ها کشته شدند و بافت عضله قلبی جهت اندازه گیری وسعت ضایعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد که تجویز مورفین حجم انفارکتوس و سطوح کراتین فسفوکیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز را درگروه های مورد مطالعه کاهش داد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های این مطالعه چه بسا تجویز مورفین به افراد معتاد، به مقدار مصرف قبلیشان پیش از رخداد انفارکتوس میوکارد، باعث کاهش علائم سندرم ترک شده، کاهش وسعت ضایعه انفارکتوس میوکارد در این افراد را در پی داشته باشد.ارجاع به مقاله
