تحلیل مفهوم مهارت های غیرتکنیکی در احیای قلبی ریوی: یک تحلیل مفهوم هیبرید Concept Analysis of Non-Technical Skills in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با وجود تاکید گایدلاین احیای قلبی ریوی (2015) بر آموزش و تمرین مهارت های غیر تکنیکی و کار تیمی، مفهوم مهارت های غیر تکنیکی در احیای قلبی ریوی در زمینه اجتماعی و فرهنگی بافت پزشکی و پرستاری کشور شناخته شده و واضح نیست. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، واضح سازی و تعیین اجزای اصلی این مفهوم در بافت علوم پزشکی ایران می باشد. روش بررسی: با استفاده از مدل هیبرید تحلیل مفهوم شوارتز بارکوت و کیم، که شامل سه مرحله تئوریک، کار در عرصه و تحلیل نهایی است، مفهوم مهارت های غیر تکنیکی در احیای قلبی ریوی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در مروری بر مطالعات، پایگاه های Pubmed ، Scopus ، ISI و Goole scholar ، و نیز SID، Iranmedex، Magiran، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و در مجموع 33 مقاله مرتبط جهت آنالیز انتخاب شد. همچنین طی یک نوبت مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 9 نفر از اعضای کد 99 ، داده های مرحله کار در عرصه به دست آمد. یافته ها: در مرحله تئوریک، ویژگی های اصلی مفهوم در مطالعات مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مشخصه های مدیریت، رهبری، ارتباطات، آگاهی از موقعیت و مدیریت وظیفه مشخص شدند. در مرحله کار در عرصه ضمن تایید ویژگی های مدیریت، رهبری، ارتباطات، ، طبقه ای دیگر تحت عنوان صلاحیت حرفه ای اعضای کد99 با زیر طبقات ویژگی های اخلاقی، مهارت های علمی و عملی شکل گرفت که در تحلیل نهایی به عنوان ویژگی پیش نیاز عضویت در کد 99 شناسایی شد. نتیجه گیری: تحلیل مفهوم مهارت های غیر تکنیکی در احیای قلبی ریوی، لزوم توجه به عناصر کلیدی آن را یادآوری می نماید. انجام بررسی های بیشتر به کمک شیوه ها متنوع گردآوری داده ها، در سایر مراکز درمانی کشور، به منظور واضح سازی کلیه جنبه های این مفهوم جدید و پیچیده پیشنهاد می گردد. کلید واژه ها: تحلیل مفهوم، مهارت های غیر تکنیکی، احیای قلبی ریوی، مدل هیبرید- تحلیل مفهوم
