بررسی میزان رعایت استاندارد مدت زمان ناشتایی قبل از عمل و پیامدهای ناشی از آن در سالمندان کاندید جراحی Assessment of pre-operative fasting and its subsequent implications in elderly patients undergoing surgery

چکیده
زمینه: ناشتایی طولانیمدت قبل از عمل میتواند به عوارض جدی بعد از عمل منتهی شود. این مطالعه باهدف بررسی میزان رعایت ناشتایی قبل از عمل در سالمندان و پیامدهای متعاقب آن انجام شد. مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که از اسفندماه 96 تا مرداد 97 در سطح بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه ایران انجام شد، 151 نفر از سالمندان کاندید جراحی 60 ساله و بالاتر با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها شامل چکلیست محقق ساختهای بود که روایی آن از طریق اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آن از طریق ارزیابی همزمان و محاسبه همبستگی نمرات ارزیابی حاصل شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار spss21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد ، 69(7/45%) از شرکت کنندگان مرد و 82(3/54%) آنها زن بودند. 51.7 درصد آنها مبتلابه بیماریهای قلبی و عروقی بودند. میانگین مدتزمان ناشتایی در کل معادل 2.79±11 بود. تنها 30 نفر از این سالمندان مدتزمان ناشتایی استاندارد 6- 8 ساعت را تجربه کردند، درحالیکه 19 نفر 8-10 ساعت، 46 نفر 10-12 ساعت و 56 نفر از آنها بیش از 12 ساعت قبل از جراحی ناشتا بودند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، به نظر میرسد مراقبت از سالمندان در مرحله قبل از عمل بخصوص درزمینه رعایت مدتزمان ناشتایی، بررسی بیماریهای زمینهای و علائم حیاتی قبل از عمل، دقت کافی مبذول نمیشود. لذا توصیه میگردد تا کارکنان مراقبتی آموزش کافی در این زمینه دریافت نمایند. کلید واژه ها:مدت زمان ناشتایی، سالمندان .مراقبت قبل از عمل .جراحی- مدت زمان ناشتایی، سالمندان، مراقبت های قبل از عمل جراحی
