نقش سواد اطلاعاتی بر رفتار نوآورانه با میانجی¬گری تسهیم دانش اعضای هیات علمی مدیریت ورزشی ایران

چکیده
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش نقش سواد اطلاعاتی بر رفتار نوآورانه با میانجیگیری تسهیم دانش اعضای هیات علمی مدیریت ورزشی ایران بود.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، براساس زمان حالنگر، از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ جمعآوری اطلاعات میدانی بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه اعضای هیات علمی مدیریت ورزشی ایران در دانشگاههای دولتی، آزاد اسلامی و پیام نور بودند و تعداد آنها با توجه به آمار رسمی سازمان مرکزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی کل کشور 169 نفر و با توجه به آمار رسمی سایت اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه دولتی 127 نفر و دانشگاه پیام نور 14 نفر که جمعاً 310 نفر شدند و نمونه آماری به روش کل شمار انتخاب شد. از پرسشنامههای سواد اطلاعاتی (بن فیری، 1404)، تسهیم دانش (یو، هائو، دونگ و کهلیفا، 2013) و رفتار نوآورانه (جانسن، 2000) برای اندازهگیری متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شد.
یافتهها: سواد اطلاعاتی بر رفتار نوآورانه با میانجیگری تسهیم دانش در اعضای هیات علمی مدیریت ورزشی ایران نقش داشت.
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین با استفاده صحیح از سواد اطلاعاتی و با کمک تسهیم دانش میتوان منجر به افزایش رفتار نوآورانه شد. لذا پیشنهاد میشود که مدیران دانشگاهها به وضعیت سواد اطلاعاتی توجه بیشتری نمایند تا با کمک تسهیم دانش به رفتار نوآورانه اعضای هیات علمی برای نیل به اهداف دانشگاههای کشور پرداخته شود.
