CTTR is committed to maintaining long-term access to its published scholarly content. The journal is hosted on the institutional scholarly publishing platform of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (SBMU) using Open Journal Systems (OJS), where published content is maintained as part of the journal's publishing infrastructure.

Participation in external digital preservation services, including PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS, or CLOCKSS, depends on institutional and technical activation. Information on such services will be updated when formally implemented for CTTR.
