بررسی میزان رضایت فراگیران از بخش های آموزشی بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر اهواز در سال 1403

Abstract
Introduction: Higher education institutions are essential for societal development, and assessing student satisfaction with educational services is an important measure of educational quality. This study aimed to assess medical students’ satisfaction with the clinical training departments of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Ahvaz.Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study included 200 medical students selected via the A.R.E. sampling method. Data were collected using a validated online questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The mean age was 25.33 ± 2.69 years. Most students rated satisfaction as moderate to good. No significant differences were found between genders, clerkship vs. internship status, or clinical departments. Electronic resource access and administrative staff behavior received the lowest ratings.Conclusion: Overall satisfaction ranged from moderate to good, with key areas requiring improvement including electronic resource accessibility and administrative staff interactions. Faculty supervision and attending interactions were the strongest positive contributors. مقدمه: مؤسسات آموزش عالی نقش مهمی در رشد و توسعه جوامع دارند و ارزیابی میزان رضایتمندی فراگیران از خدمات آموزشی ارائهشده، معیاری مؤثر برای سنجش کیفیت سیستم آموزشی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان رضایت فراگیران از بخشهای آموزشی بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر اهواز انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی روی 200 دانشجوی پزشکی بیمارستان امام خمینی اهواز انجام شد. دادهها با پرسشنامه عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی دانشجویان از دوره آموزش بالینی جمعآوری و با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند. نتایج: میانگین سنی ۲۵.۳۳ سال با نمونهای متشکل از ۲۰۰ نفر بررسی شده است. انحراف معیار ۲.۶۹۰ و سن دانشجویان این نمونه بین ۱۹ تا ۳۴ سال متغیر بوده است. 60 درصد از دانشجویان مرد و 40 درصد زن بودند. از نظر مقطع تحصیلی، 45.5 درصد در مقطع استاجری و 54.5 درصد در مقطع اینترنی بودند. توزیع دانشجویان در بخشهای مختلف به این شکل بوده است: داخلی (12 درصد)، جراحی (15.5 درصد)، ENT (17 درصد)، طب حاد (14 درصد)، ارتوپدی (12.5 درصد)، چشمپزشکی (17 درصد) و پوست (12 درصد). بیشتر دانشجویان رضایت خود را از محیط آموزشی و خدمات بیمارستانی در سطح "متوسط" (34.5% تا 55%) و "خوب" (25% تا 53%) ارزیابی کردهاند. رضایت "عالی" فقط در موارد محدودی مانند نظارت اتندینگ (6%) و برخورد اساتید (6%) گزارش شده است. رضایت "بسیار ضعیف" تنها در رفتار منشیها (6%) مشاهده شده است. همچنین، دسترسی به منابع الکترونیکی در سطح "ضعیف" (20%) گزارش شده است. میانگین رضایت کلی فراگیران از دوره آموزش بالینی 53.01 با انحراف معیار 10.08 بوده است. میانگین رضایت از توسعه تیم و کار تیمی 26.29 (انحراف معیار 4.99) و ارتباطات و آگاهی 26.72 (انحراف معیار 5.38) گزارش شده است. بین سن و رضایتمندی دانشجویان از دوره آموزش بالینی (r=-0.011, p=0.877)، توسعه تیم و کار تیمی (r=-0.004, p=0.958)، و ارتباطات و آگاهی (r=-0.017, p=0.809) هیچ ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. تفاوت معناداری بین رضایت مردان و زنان (p=0.91)، استاجران و اینترنها (p=0.96)، و بخشهای مختلف (p>0.05) وجود نداشت. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که رضایت کلی دانشجویان از دوره آموزش بالینی در سطح متوسط و خوب ارزیابی شده است. میانگین رضایت در بخشهای مختلف و همچنین بین گروههای جنسی و تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری نداشت. همچنین، هیچ ارتباط معناداری بین سن دانشجویان و رضایت آنها از دورههای آموزشی مشاهده نشد. این یافتهها نشان میدهد که عوامل جمعیتی و تحصیلی تأثیر قابلتوجهی بر میزان رضایت از دورههای آموزشی نداشتهاند و رضایت دانشجویان بیشتر در حد متوسط تا خوب بوده است.- رضایت، بخش های آموزشی، دانشجویان پزشکی
