Abstract
مقدمه: چند کارآزمایی بالینی اخیر اثر تجویز پیشگیرانه دگزامتازون پس از اکستوباسیون بر گلودرد را پس از جراحی بررسی کردهاند که تابحال نتایج آنان به صورت یک مطالعه منسجم ارائه نشده است. بنابراین، ما یک مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز با بررسی اثرات تجویز پیشگیرانه دگزامتازون قبل از جراحی بر شیوع گلودرد در طی 24 ساعت اول پس از بیهوشی را انجام دادیم. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع مروری سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز بود؛ بر این اساس پایگاه های اسکاپوس، وب آو ساینز، پابمد، EMBASE ، ثبت مرکزی کارآزماییهای کنترلشده کاکرین، مگ ایران و SID را برای جستجوی مطالعات واجد شرایط بر اساس کلیدواژه های پیشگیری، جراحی، پس از جراحی، پس از بیهوشی، گلودرد و دگزامتازون جستجو شدند. نتایج: بررسی مقالات به کمک نمودار جنگلی برای بروز گلودرد پس از جراحی در 24 ساعت پس از جراحی جراحی یا لوله گذاری، کاهش بروز گلودرد را در بیماران تحت درمان با دگزامتازون وریدی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل (نرمال سالین) نشان داد(62/0=RR- 75/0-51/0:95%CI- 001/0=P- 7=df).(شکل 1) نتیجه گیری: مطالعه ما نشان میدهد که تجویز دگزامتازون داخل وریدی 15 دقیقه قبل از اکستوباسیون، گلودرد پس از جراحی را به طور موثرتری کاهش میدهد.
