مروری بر بکارگیری تهویه غیرتهاجمی با تاکید بر بیماری کووید19

چکیده
چکیده: تهویه غیر تهاجمی، به معنی تحویل تهویه مکانیکی به ریه¬ها بدون نیاز به راه هوایی مصنوعی می¬باشد. استفاده از این نوع تهویه در دو دهه اخیر علاوه بر بیمارستان، در محیط خانه نیز رواج زیادی پیدا کرده است. اخیرا نیز به علت ظهور پاندمی کووید-19، تمایل به تهویه غیر تهاجمی بیشتر شده است. تهویه غیر تهاجمی در تشدید بیماری¬های مزمن انسدادی ریوی، ادم حاد ریوی، بیماران مبتلا به نقص ایمنی، در فرآیند جداسازی از ونتیلاتور و ... اندیکاسیون دارد. جهت تحویل تهویه غیر تهاجمی از رابط¬های مختلفی می¬توان استفاده کرد که به تناسب شرایط بیمار باید انتخاب شود. ویروس جدید کووید-19 که به سرعت در جهان گسترش پیدا کرده است، باعث ایجاد پنومونی ویروسی، نارسایی حاد تنفسی و نیاز به حمایت تنفسی در بیماران می¬شود. با توجه به ناشناخته بودن این ویروس، در ابتدا تصور بر این بود که تهویه تهاجمی و عدم تاخیر در انجام آن مفید واقع می¬شود این در حالی است که به تدریج ثابت شد که میزان مرگ و میر در استفاده به موقع از تهویه غیر تهاجمی کمتر از هنگامی است که تهویه تهاجمی انجام می¬گیرد. لذا آشنایی با این تهویه به همه اعضای تیم درمان بخصوص به اعضای تیم درمان در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه توصیه میشود. مطالعه مروری حاضر نیز مروری بر این تهویه با تاکید بر کاربرد آن در پاندمی کووید 19 انجام شده است.- تهویه، تهویه غیر تهاجمی، کووید-19
