بررسی سطح ویتامین دی در بیماران کاندید جراحی اورولوژی پس از دریافت بی حسی نخاعی در بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام رضا تبریز در طی سال 1399

چکیده
چکیده مقدمه: نقش ویتامین دی در بروز بسیاری از بیماری ها و ترومبوز ورید عمقی به درستی تعیین نشده است و تحقیقات قبلی حاکی از اثرات کمبود این ویتامین بر شیوع ترومبوز ورید عمقی بوده اند و همچنین با توجه به اینکه اعمال جراحی ارولوژی از شایع ترین اعمال جراحی هستند که به روش بی حسی نخاعی انجام می شوند و همین عوامل میتوانند زمینه ساز ابتلا به DVT پس از عمل جراحی به روش بی حسی نخاعی باشند بر آن شدیم تا مطالعه حاضر را با هدف بررسی سطح ویتامین دی در بیماران کاندید جراحی اورولوژی پس از دریافت بی حسی نخاعی به انجام برسانیم. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع کیس کنترل بود که در طی سال 1399 در بیمارستان امام رضا(تبریز-ایران)با مشارکت 102 بیمار پس از انجام عمل جراحی ارولوژی و مبتلا به DVT انجام شد. سطح شرمی ویتامین دی برای تمامی بیماران اندازه گیری شد و بین دو گروه با ازمون های آماری کای دو و آنووا مقایسه شدند. نتایج: در بررسی های پاراکلینیکی مشخص شد که در سطوح سطح پلاکت(389/0=p)، سطح هماتوکریت(401/0=p) هیچ اختلافی بین دو گروه وجود نداشت اما در سطح فیبرینوژن (014/0=p) و سطح ویتامین دی(001/0=p) بین دو گروه اختلافات آماری معناداری مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: سطح پایین ویتامین دی می تواند به عنوان عامل پیشگویی کننده ترومبوز ورید عمقی پس از جراحی های اورولوژی تحت بی حسی نخاعی می باشد.- ترومبوز ورید عمقی، ویتامین دی، ارولوژی
