مداخلات دارویی در درمان درد مزمن پس از جراحی: یک مرور سیستماتیک

چکیده
مقدمه: شیوع درد مزمن پس از جراحی بین تا درصد می باشد؛ با توجه به اینکه درد مزمن پس از جراحی هنوز ناشناخته مانده است و روش های دارویی متفاوتی برای آن مورد استفاده قرار است و به دنبال آن اقدامات پیشگیرانه و درمانی برای پزشکان نامشخص است بر آن شدیم تا در یک مطالعه مروری به درد مزمن پس از جراحی بپردازیم. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع مروری سیتماتیک بود و بر اساس گام های PRISMA انجام شد و مقالات کارآزمایی بالینی چاپ شده تا انتهای سال 2020 که در پایگاه های داده ای MEDLINE ، Embase ، PsycINFO ، CINAHL و کتابخانه Cochrane با کلیدواژه های درد، جراحی، پس از جراحی نمایه شده بودند مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج: 66 مطالعه با داده های 3149 شرکت کننده در این مطالعه وارد شدند؛ تمامی آنان مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی بودند که اثرات دارویی در مدیریت درد مزمن پس از جراحی را بررسی نموده بودند؛ داروهای مورد استفاده شامل داروهای ضد افسردگی، ضد صرع، کپسایسین، تزریق اپیدورال ، نوروتوکسین ها، آنتاگونیست های گیرنده N-methyl-d ‐ aspartate و اوپیوئیدها بودند که اثرات آنان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتیجه گیری: دردر مزمن پس از جراحی برای بیمار بسیار ناخوشایند است و منجر به عوارض متنوعی برای بیمار می شود که از این رو کنترل و مدیریت آن مهم است؛ روش های دارویی متفاوتی برای کنترل آن انجام شده است که در بررسی های انجام شده روش هایی همچون استفاده از اوپیوئیدهای تزریقی و همچنین داروهایی همچون پرگابالین و گاباپانتین موثرترین روش های درمانی بودند.- درد مزمن، جراحی، مدیریت
