مقایسه پرلود با نرمال سالین و ولوون بر روی توزیع بلوک حسی با بوپیواکائین هیپرباریک در بیحسی نخاعی زنان تحت سزارین الکتیو:کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور

چکیده
مقدمه: پرلود یکی از راه های غلبه بر عوارض بی حسی نخاعی است، با توجه به مشخص نبودن اثرات پرلود بر سطح بی حسی اسپاینال، مدت زمان و رسیدن به حداکثر بلوک و بازگشت آن، محققین مطالعه حاضر بر آن شدند تا دو محلول نرمال سالین و ولوون را در زنان تحت اعمال جراحی الکتیو سزارین مورد بررسی قرار دهند. روش : در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی که در طی سال 1397 با مشارکت 70 بیمار کاندید جراحی الکتیو سزارین در بیمارستان های سطح شهر تبریز انجام شد، پس از انتخاب نمونه ها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس(با رعایت معیارهای ورود و خروج مطالعه) به صورت بلوک های تصادفی شده دوتایی در دو گروه الف(نرمال سالین) و ب(ولوون) تقسیم شدند. بیماران گروه الف ml/kg10 از محلول نرمال سالین و بیماران گروه ب 5ml/kg محلول ولوون را در عرض نیم ساعت قبل از شروع عمل جراحی دریافت می کردند. برای متغیرهای پارامتریک با منحنی توزیع نرمال از Independent t test یا Unpaired t test و داده های پارامتریک با توزیع غیرنرمال از Mann whitney test و متغیرهای کیفی از آزمون مجذور کای دو استفاده گردید و همچنین در اندازه گیریهای مکرر از repeated measures dependent Variable test استفاده گردید. . p<0.05 از نظر آماری معنی دار تلقی گردید. یافته ها: متغیرهای سن، وزن، BMI بین دو گروه ولوون و نرمال سالین باهم تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند؛ همچنین تفاوت معنی داری از نظر حداکثر سطح بلوک نخاعی (670/0=P) از نظر زمان رسیدن به حداکثر سطح بلوک نخاعی (973/0=P) و از نظر زمان برگشت بلوک به T10 در بین بیماران دو گروه مشاهده نشد(490/0=P). بحث و نتیجه گیری : سرم های نرمال سالین و ولوون به عنوان سرم هایی که می توانند از عوارض بعد از بی حسی اسپاینال جلوگیری نمایند و موجب دستیابی به حداکثر سطح بلوک نخاعی ، زمان رسیدن به حداکثر سطح بلوک و زمان برگشت بلوک موثر واقع شوند.- بی حسی نخاعی، نرمال سالین، ولوون
