Abstract
نظارت پایا بر سیستم قلبی – عروقی و عوامل موثر بر آن ، از چالش های همیشگی تیم جراحی محسوب می گردد . نیاز به کنترل شرایط لحظه ای قلبی و درک بهتر وضعیت آن ، سبب ایجاد حوزه ای نظارتی تحت عنوان مانیتورینگ پیشرفته همودینامیک در کنار تمامی روش های نظارتی پیشین شده است. در واقع این حوزه نسبتا جدید ؛ مجموعه ای از تکنیک های مختلف در جهت پایش لحظه به لحظه وضعیت قلبی– عروقی وعوامل تاثیر گذار بر آن به منظور مداخله به موقع ونزدیک کردن اجزای تشکیل دهنده همودینامیک به شرایط فیزیولوژیک می باشد. برونده قلبی، بعنوان مهمترین شاخص عملکردی قلب، جزء لاینفک سیستم های نظارت بر فعالیت قلب بوده است. سنجش این شاخص طی چند سال اخیر تغییرات و پیشرفت گسترده ای را شاهد بوده که اهمیت آن را به وضوح نمایان میسازد. این در حالی است که ایجاد سیستم های نوین با رویکرد کاهش آسیب رسانی به بیماران نیز از اولویتهای اصلی این سیستم های نظارتی بوده است. اهمیت سنجش این شاخص و گستردگی تغییرات در تکنیک های آن ، نیاز مطالعه ای دقیق در این حوزه را آشکار میسازد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی روش های گوناگون سنجش برونده قلبی در قالب ماینتوریگ پیشرفته همودینامیک میپردازد.- مانیتورینگ پیشرفته همودینامیک؛ برون ده قلب ؛ جراحی قلب
